Monthly Habit Tracker PDF
Some habits are easier to judge by the shape of a whole month than by a single week. This one-page PDF lays out a calendar-style grid with weekday headers and 31 numbered boxes, so a full month of one habit fits on a single sheet.

What The PDF Includes
- A field for the habit you're tracking that month
- Weekday column headers, Sunday through Saturday
- 31 numbered day boxes in a calendar-style grid
- Room to mark an X in each box you complete
Who It's For
This tracker works well once a habit is already past its first week or two and you want to see the shape of a longer stretch — whether it clusters on weekends, drops off mid-month, or holds steady. For a fresh new habit still in its first 30 days, our 30-day habit tracker is a simpler, sequential option.
Printing Instructions
The PDF is formatted for standard US Letter paper at default margins. Print at 100% scale ("Actual size," not "Fit to page") so the grid boxes stay large enough to mark by hand.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does the grid match a real calendar month exactly?
No. The grid uses weekday headers (Sunday through Saturday) and numbers the days 1 through 31 left to right, but it isn't tied to a specific month or year, so day 1 doesn't need to fall on any particular weekday. It's a generic calendar-style layout, not a dated one.
What if my month has fewer than 31 days?
Simply leave the extra boxes at the end blank. The grid is sized for the longest possible month so the same sheet works regardless of how many days the current month actually has.
